Refund Policy for Summer Camp Cancellations
We understand that there are many things that come up that require a parent to cancel a summer camp registration. We also understand that we could not possibly list each circumstance here. That said, here are some of our procedures regarding refunds even though every situation is different:
- Medical: if a camper is injured or sick and cannot safely attend and participate, a full refund will be offered.
- Homesickness: If a camper leaves camp early due to homesickness there is no refund
- In General: Timeliness plays a factor in cancellations due to calendar conflict or other factors. If a registration is cancelled before May, you will get a full refund. If it is cancelled with at least one week before the camper session, but after April 30, we will refund all but the $20 deposit. If the registration is cancelled with less than one week before the camp session begins (medical issues not applying), no refund will be offered.
